GENERAL INFORMATION

Taxes: The 2024 real estate taxes and all prior year’s taxes shall be the responsibility of the seller. All future year’s taxes shall be the responsibility of the Buyer.

Possession & Closing: Possession to the farmland shall be given at closing. Full possession shall be available for the 2025 crop year.

Terms: A 10% earnest deposit will be required from the buyer at signing of the purchase agreement. The balance shall be due within thirty days after execution of said agreement. Title insurance shall be used, and the cost shall be shared equally between the buyer and the seller, as well as closing of the transaction. The property will not be sold subject to financing. Buyers must have all financial arrangements made prior to signing said purchase agreement.
