Live Auction to be held at the Stastny Community Center, 1350 Dove Road, Hebron, Nebraska, Tuesday September 13th at 10:00 AM. Online bidding starts Monday September 12th at 8:00 AM and ends Tuesday September13th, 2022, at the conclusion of the live auction.

Location: From Byron, Nebraska travel 1 mile east on State Line Road and 4 miles north on Road 5300.

Legal Description: The Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) of Section (15) in Township One (1) North, Range Four (4) West of the 6th P.M. in Thayer County, Nebraska, except a 5.67 acre tract as recorded in Book 86 of Deed Book Page 676.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Taxes: The 2022 real estate taxes and all prior year’s taxes shall be the responsibility of the seller. All future year’s taxes shall be the responsibility of the Buyer. 

Possession & Closing: Possession given upon closing subject to the current tenants’ rights through February 28, 2023. Full possession shall be available for the 2023 crop year. 

Terms: A 20% earnest deposit will be required from the successful bidder the day of the auction. The balance shall be due on or before October 13th, 2022. Title insurance shall be used, and the cost shall be shared equally between the buyer and the seller, as well as closing of the transaction. Thayer County Title shall provide title insurance and Brad Elting & Company will close the transaction.
