Terms: A 20% earnest deposit will be required from the successful bidder the day of the auction. The balance shall be due on or before December 1st, 2022. Title insurance shall be used, and the cost shall be shared equally between the buyer and the seller, as well as closing of the transaction. Thayer County Title shall provide title insurance and Brad Elting & Company will close the transaction. The property will not be sold subject to financing. Bidders must have all financial arrangements made prior to the auction.
