Pickup / Loadout: October 23, 2025, from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM (Pickup Only, unless if item is shipped to FFL dealer.)

Buyer’s Premium: 10% + 3% credit card fee (if paying by card)

Firearm Requirements

Nebraska Buyers: Must provide a valid Concealed Carry Permit (CCW) or Firearm Purchase Certificate to purchase any firearm. Handguns will be shipped and processed through an FFL (Federal Firearms License). Additional fees and handling may apply.

Out-of-State Buyers: Out-of-state residents may purchase firearms at the auction; however, all firearms (handguns and long guns) must be transferred through a licensed FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer. Buyers must pass the required background check. Additional fees and handling may apply.

All buyers must comply with all local, state, and federal firearm laws and regulations.

Payment must be made in full prior to pickup. Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Check (with valid ID), or Credit Card. If paying by cash or check, arrangements must be made prior to bidding. All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees. No shipping available, unless to an FFL dealer. All items must be picked up during the designated pickup time — no exceptions.
