Farm Location: From Gilead, Nebraska travel approximately 1 mile east on Highway 136 and 2 miles north on highway 53 to road N, arriving at the southwest corner of the farm.
Legal Description: The Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) of Section Thirty-Six (36), Township Three (3) North, Range (1) West of the 6th P.M., In Thayer County, Nebraska.
Farm Description: The farm consists of 155.88 farmland acres according to the Farm Service Agency. The 2022 crop year consisted of 135.10 tillable cropland acres, 18.67 grass acres, 2.11 non crop acres, with the remaining in roads and waterways.
