Location: This farm is located 3 mile east from Chester, NE on HWY 8 and 2 miles south.
This farm is located at the intersection of Road 210 & Birch Road.
Legal Description: N½ NW1/4 Section 9-T1S-R2W of the 6th P.M., Republic County, State of Kansas.
Farm Description: This farm consists of 80 acres more or less of which 56.81 acres are dry cropland with the balance of the farm consisting of grass and non-crop acres.
2018 Taxes: $1,256.34


Taxes: The 2019 real estate taxes and all prior years’ taxes shall be the responsibility of the Seller. All future years’ taxes shall be the responsibility of the Buyer.
Possession & Closing: Possession shall be granted to the Buyer at closing on or before March 13, 2020. Full possession shall be granted for the 2020 crop year.
Terms: A 20% earnest deposit will be required from the successful bidder the day of the auction. The balance shall be due on or about March 13, 2020. Title insurance shall be used and the cost shall be shared equally between the Buyer and the Seller.
