Location: This farm is located 4 miles west of Deshler, NE to Road 5000 then 4 miles south to Road G.
Legal Description: All the SE¼ Section 31-T2N-R4W of the 6th P.M., Thayer County, State of Nebraska
Farm Description: This farm consists of 160 acres more or less of which 152.21 acres are being farmed, 131 acres are sprinkler irrigated, 21.21 acres of dry cropland. The balance of the acres consist of an existing older building site with 6 grain bins, an older home and outbuildings. This farm is level to gently rolling with good soil types. This farm sells with the existing gear head and pump. The existing Reinke sprinkler system is not included.
