This farm is located from Chester, NE go 3 miles west on Highway 8 then 1/2 mile north on road 5700 to the farm.

Legal Description: All the NW1/4 Section 28-T1N-R3W of the 6th P.M., Thayer County, State of Nebraska
Farm Description: This farm consists of 160 acres more or less of which 155.82 acres are being farmed as a dry cropland unit. The farm is a good productive dryland farm with good soils and access to hard surface roads and markets.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Taxes: The 2019 real estate taxes and all prior years’ taxes shall be the responsibility of the Seller. All future years’ taxes shall be the responsibility of the Buyer.
Possession & Closing: Full possession shall be granted to the Buyer at closing on or before February 24, 2020.
Terms: A 20% earnest deposit will be required from the successful bidder the day of the auction. The balance shall be due on or about February 24, 2020. Title insurance shall be used and the cost shall be shared equally between the Buyer and the Seller.
