Sealed Bid Information: Parcels will be offered individually and/or in combination. All sealed bids must be submitted to Brad Elting & Company using the company’s official sealed bid form. To obtain the form, please contact Brad Elting & Co. The successful bidder will enter into a real estate purchase agreement and close the transaction within 30 days of the Seller’s acceptance. BID DEADLINE: All bids must be submitted to Brad Elting & Co., on or before APRIL 25, 2025 BY 2:00 PM., CST.
Survey: If Tracts #1 and #2 are sold to different buyers, the parcels will be surveyed at the Seller’s expense.
Taxes: The 2024 real estate taxes and all prior years’ taxes shall be the responsibility of the Seller. The 2025 real estate taxes shall be split equally between the Buyer and Seller. All future years’ taxes will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
Possession & Lease: Possession to tract 1 shall be granted upon closing, subject to the current tenant’s rights through the 2025 growing season. The Buyer will assume the 2025 crop year lease, ending December 31, 2025. Possession to tract 2 shall be given upon closing of the real estate.
