Buyer’s Premium: 10% + 3% credit card fee (if paying by card)
Firearm Requirements
Nebraska Buyers: Must provide a valid Concealed Carry Permit (CCW) or Firearm Purchase Certificate to purchase any firearm.
Out-of-State Buyers: Out-of-State Residents Picking Up Can Purchase Long Guns & Must Pass Background Check. Handguns Must Be Shipped to a FFL for out-of-state buyers. Additional fees and handling may apply.
Payment & Terms
Payment must be made in full prior to pickup. Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Check (with valid ID), or Credit Card. If paying by cash or check, arrangements must be made prior to bidding. All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees. No shipping available, unless to an FFL dealer. All items must be picked up during the designated pickup time — no exceptions.
