No equipment will be released until full payment has been received. All items are sold on an “as is, where is” basis, with no warranties expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to conduct due diligence and inspect the equipment personally to ensure its working order and condition. All sales are final, so please address any equipment-related queries before placing a bid. Buyers are accountable for arranging shipping. Purchased items must be removed by April 17th, 2026. Payment is accepted via wire transfer, bank check, or cash, with payments required to be made and cleared within one week of the auction date. Invoices and wire instructions will be sent to the email address used for registration with AuctionTime.com within 24 hours of the sale’s conclusion; kindly reach out to our office if you do not receive the email.
