Time 10:30 A.M.
Location: This farm is located 2 1/2 mile east from Northeast corner of Hebron, NE or ½ mile east of intersection of 6400 & Road N.
Legal Description: All the E ½ NW¼ Section 3-T2N-R2W of the 6th P.M., Thayer County, State of Nebraska
Farm Description: This farm consists of 80 acres more or less of which all is presently in pasture, grass and meadow.

Taxes: The 2017 real estate taxes and all prior years’ taxes shall be the responsibility of the Seller. All future years’ taxes shall be the responsibility of the Buyer.
