Location: This farm is located from Highway 15 & Western, NE Spur 1 mile north to road U then 4 miles east to the farm (Road 1500 & U).
Legal Description: SW1/4 & S1/2 NW1/4 Section 9-T5N-R3E of the 6th P.M., Saline County, State of Nebraska.
Farm Description: This farm consists of 240 acres more or less. There are at present 182.49 acres being irrigated with two Zimmatic Sprinkler Irrigation Systems. There is approximately 31.56 acres that is presently considered dry cropland acres. The balance of the farm consisting of approximately 20.78 acres is waterways, grass & County Right-of-Way. Any existing livestock fencing, shelters or associated equipment shall not be included as part of this sale and shall be removed prior to December 31, 2017. Two (2004) Zimmatic Irrigation Systems, gear heads, pumps, power units, Lima generators and LP Tanks will sell with the land. Possession & Closing: Possession shall be granted to the Buyer at closing on or before December 20. 2017, subject to the current tenant’s leases, terminating on December 31, 2017. Full possession shall be available for the 2018 crop year.
Irrigation Equipment: It is the intent of the Sellers to convey all existing irrigation equipment with land. All sprinkler irrigation systems, gear heads, power units and pumps owned by the Seller will be included. Prospective Buyers are encouraged to make their own inspection of the property & equipment presently on the farm.
